This agreement governs your use of the okjtk platform. Please read every clause carefully before registering an account or placing any wager. By using okjtk you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in their entirety.

21+ Age Requirement
You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use okjtk. Mandatory KYC verification is conducted on all accounts. Any account found to belong to an underage user will be permanently closed and funds returned.
Local Payment Support
Deposits and withdrawals are processed via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
Transparent Bonus Terms
All bonuses at okjtk are subject to clearly stated wagering requirements. Bonus funds are non-withdrawable until turnover conditions are met. We do not impose hidden restrictions on legitimate winnings derived from bonus play.
Zero Tolerance for Fraud
Multi-accounting, bonus abuse, collusion, arbitrage betting, and the use of automated bots are strictly prohibited. Detected violations result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances without notice.
One Account Per Person
Each individual may hold only one active okjtk account. Duplicate accounts — including accounts registered under a family member's name at the same address — are treated as multi-accounts and are subject to permanent closure.

okjtk provides deposit limits, session reminders, and voluntary self-exclusion. These tools are free, immediate, and available directly from your account dashboard. We are committed to safer gambling for all Indonesian players.
Clause 1
In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below. Where the context requires, the singular includes the plural and vice versa.

Clause 2
2.1 Minimum Age. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use any service offered on the okjtk Platform. This age limit reflects both our internal responsible gaming policy and the minimum age standards applied by our licensing authority. By submitting a registration application, you confirm under penalty of account closure that you are 21 or older.
2.2 Residency & Access. okjtk primarily serves users based in Indonesia. You are responsible for independently determining whether accessing and using okjtk's services is consistent with the laws of your jurisdiction. okjtk makes no warranty that its services are legally permissible in your specific location.
2.3 Capacity. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Individuals who are legally disqualified from gambling activities — whether by court order, self-exclusion registration with another operator, or any applicable regulatory restriction — are not eligible to register.
2.4 Single Territory Restriction. okjtk does not accept registrations from individuals located in Prohibited Territories. If you access the Platform using a VPN or proxy service to circumvent geographical restrictions, your account may be closed without notice and your balance forfeited.
Clause 3
3.1 One Account Rule. Each individual person may register and maintain only one account on the okjtk Platform. This restriction applies regardless of the device, payment method, email address, or IP address used. Registering multiple accounts — whether personally or through a third party acting on your behalf — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms.
3.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration and to update that information promptly if it changes. okjtk reserves the right to request documentary evidence verifying the accuracy of any information provided.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials associated with your account. okjtk will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to protect your login credentials.
3.4 Account Ownership. Your okjtk account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or shared with any other individual. Allowing another person to use your account — or using another person's account — is prohibited and will result in the suspension of all accounts involved.
Clause 4
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. okjtk supports the following deposit and withdrawal channels for Indonesian members:
4.2 Currency. All account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). No foreign currency conversion is applied on the Platform side; any conversion costs incurred by your bank or e-wallet provider are borne solely by you.
4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits are typically credited to your account balance within five minutes of confirmation from your payment provider. During periods of high network congestion or scheduled bank maintenance, processing times may extend up to two hours. okjtk is not liable for delays caused by third-party banking infrastructure.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests submitted during standard operating hours (09:00–22:00 WIB) are processed within an average of three minutes for verified members. Requests submitted outside these hours are processed at the start of the next business window. KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is approved.
4.5 Withdrawal Fees. okjtk charges no fees on withdrawals to Indonesian bank accounts or e-wallets. Your financial institution may impose its own transfer or service fees, for which okjtk bears no responsibility.
4.6 Minimum & Maximum Limits. Minimum deposit: Rp 10.000. Maximum single withdrawal: Rp 50.000.000 per transaction. Daily withdrawal limits may vary by member tier. Gold-tier members are eligible for higher daily withdrawal ceilings as specified in the VIP programme documentation.
4.7 Source of Funds. You warrant that all funds deposited into your okjtk account originate from legitimate sources and are free from any connection to unlawful activity. okjtk reserves the right to request evidence of the source of funds at any time and to freeze account balances pending satisfactory verification.
Clause 5
5.1 General Bonus Policy. okjtk offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, cashback prog rammes, free bets, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published alongside the offer and form part of these Terms by reference.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier and eligible game categories are specified on each promotion page. Bets placed on excluded game types do not contribute toward wagering completion.
5.3 Bonus Expiry. Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements expire within the timeframe stated in the individual promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are removed from the account balance automatically. okjtk will not reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.
5.4 One Bonus at a Time. Members may hold only one active bonus at any given time. Accepting a new promotion while an existing bonus remains active will, unless otherwise stated, result in the forfeiture of the prior bonus and its associated wagering progress.
5.5 Bonus Abuse. okjtk employs automated detection systems to identify patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies designed to guarantee bonus conversion, coordinated play across multiple accounts, and the systematic exploitation of promotional offers without genuine recreational intent. Members found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have their bonus balances voided and may face permanent account closure.
5.6 Employee Exclusion. Employees, contractors, directors, and immediate family members of okjtk and its affiliated entities are not eligible to participate in any promotional offer or claim any bonus.
Clause 6
6.1 Acceptance of Bets. All bets placed on the okjtk Platform are subject to acceptance by okjtk at its sole discretion. A bet is not confirmed until you receive an on-screen confirmation with a unique bet reference number. okjtk reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet without providing a reason.
6.2 Odds & Pricing. Displayed odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. If odds change between the time you submit a bet and the time it is processed, the bet will either be accepted at the new price or returned to your wallet, depending on your account settings. okjtk does not honour odds that have been displayed due to a technical error.
6.3 Sports Betting Markets. okjtk offers betting markets across a wide range of sports including association football (covering BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, and AFC Cup competitions), badminton, basketball, volleyball, MotoGP, and e-sports (Mobile Legends MPL, PUBG Mobile, Free Fire). Market availability is subject to change without prior notice.
6.4 Casino & Numbers Games. Live casino products are supplied by licensed game studios including Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play. Slot titles are supplied by Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, NetEnt, Pocket Games Soft, and Spribe, among others. Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) is available as a dedicated product vertical. All games use certified Random Number Generation technology audited by independent testing laboratories.
6.5 Void Bets. Bets may be declared void in the event of match cancellation, postponement beyond 48 hours, data feed errors, force majeure events, or confirmed match-fixing. Void bets are refunded at the original stake to your account balance within 24 hours of the void declaration.
6.6 Maximum Payout. A single-event maximum payout of Rp 500.000.000 applies across all sports markets. Accumulator and mix parlay (multi-leg parlay) payouts are capped at Rp 1.000.000.000 per bet slip. okjtk reserves the right to settle winning bets in instalments where payouts approach these ceilings.
Clause 7
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the okjtk Platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in referral to relevant authorities:

8.1 Verification Requirement. okjtk is required to verify the identity of all members before processing withdrawals. This process — commonly known as Know Your Customer (KYC) — protects both members and the Platform from fraud, underage gambling, and financial crime.
8.2 Required Documents. Standard KYC documentation includes:
8.3 Processing Time. Standard KYC submissions are reviewed within 24 hours of receipt during business days (Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00 WIB). Submissions requiring additional scrutiny may take up to 72 hours. okjtk will contact you via your registered email address if additional documentation is required.
8.4 Refusal to Verify. If a member fails to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within 30 days of a withdrawal request, okjtk reserves the right to return deposited funds to the originating payment method and close the account. No winnings will be released where identity cannot be satisfactorily established.
Clause 9
9.1 Platform Availability. While okjtk targets 99.7% uptime, we do not guarantee that the Platform will be available continuously without interruption, error, or delay. Scheduled maintenance windows are communicated in advance where reasonably practicable.
9.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, okjtk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity — arising out of your use of or inability to use the Platform.
9.3 Maximum Liability Cap. In the event that okjtk is found liable for direct losses suffered by a member, our maximum aggregate liability in any single calendar month shall not exceed the net deposits made by that member during the same calendar month.
9.4 Third-Party Services. okjtk is not liable for the actions, errors, omissions, or outages of third-party payment processors, banking institutions, game content providers, or data feed suppliers, including but not limited to BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, Evolution Gaming, and Pragmatic Play.
9.5 No Warranty. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement of third-party rights.
Clause 10
10.1 Data Collection. okjtk collects personal data necessary for account registration, KYC verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, and customer support. The categories of data collected, the legal basis for processing, and your data rights are set out in full in our Privacy Policy.
10.2 Data Security. All personal data is stored on encrypted servers using industry-standard security controls. Access to member data is restricted to authorised personnel on a need-to-know basis and is subject to strict confidentiality obligations.
10.3 Cookies. The Platform uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to maintain session integrity, personalise your experience, and analyse Platform usage patterns. By continuing to use the Platform, you consent to the use of cookies as described in our Privacy Policy.
Clause 11
11.1 Our Commitment. okjtk is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all of its members. Gambling is intended to be an entertaining leisure activity. It should never be viewed as a method of generating income or resolving financial difficulties.

Clause 12
12.1 Termination by Member. You may close your okjtk account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Before closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal policy. Account closure does not affect any legal obligations that arose prior to the closure date.
12.2 Suspension by okjtk. okjtk reserves the right to suspend or restrict your account at any time and without prior notice where:
12.3 Balance on Closure. Where an account is closed by okjtk due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited in full. Where an account is closed at the member's request or due to no fault of the member, the outstanding balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the verified withdrawal method within 5 business days.
Clause 13
13.1 Right to Amend. okjtk reserves the right to amend, supplement, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to members via registered email or a prominent notice on the Platform homepage at least seven days before taking effect, except where immediate changes are required for legal or regulatory compliance.
13.2 Continued Use as Acceptance. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date.
13.3 Version History. The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Prior versions of these Terms are available on request by contacting our customer support team.
Clause 14
14.1 Governing Law. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which okjtk is licensed and incorporated. Nothing in this clause limits any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under Indonesian law.
14.2 Informal Resolution. In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact our customer support team in the first instance. The majority of account and transaction disputes are resolved within 48 hours through our standard support process.
14.3 Formal Dispute Process. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 14 days, either party may escalate the matter to okjtk's designated complaints officer by submitting a written complaint to [email protected] (as plain text — this address is not a clickable link; copy it manually into your email client). okjtk will acknowledge formal complaints within 48 hours and issue a final position within 28 days.
14.4 Arbitration. Where a complaint remains unresolved following the formal dispute process, okjtk agrees to submit the matter to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognised international arbitration body. The language of arbitration shall be English. The seat of arbitration shall be in the jurisdiction of okjtk's licensing authority.
